Voting for the 2026 Best of Las Vegas contest has officially ended, and everyone at Las Vegas Medicare would like to say one very important thing:

This year was especially exciting for us because Las Vegas Medicare and our founder and independent insurance agent, Ken Farrell, were nominated in two categories:

Being nominated was exciting, but seeing the support we received from our clients, friends, family, business partners, and members of the Las Vegas community meant even more.
Many of you didn’t vote just once. You came back and voted again throughout the contest, shared our posts, encouraged friends and family to vote, and sent us messages letting us know you were supporting Las Vegas Medicare and Ken.
Thank you. We truly appreciate every vote.
As a locally based independent insurance agency, community support means a great deal to us.
Las Vegas Medicare was created with a straightforward goal: help people in Las Vegas, Henderson, and throughout Clark County better understand their Medicare options and make informed decisions about their healthcare coverage.
Medicare can be confusing. There are Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare Supplement plans, Part D prescription drug plans, provider networks, formularies, premiums, copays, deductibles, enrollment periods, and annual plan changes to consider.
Our job is to help make that process easier to understand.

At Las Vegas Medicare, we have the opportunity to work with people throughout Southern Nevada.
That includes people who are turning 65 and enrolling in Medicare for the first time, retirees relocating to Las Vegas, longtime Nevada residents reviewing their existing coverage, and Medicare beneficiaries who simply want a local resource they can call when they have questions.
Being an independent Medicare insurance agency also allows us to work with multiple insurance companies and help clients review available options based on their individual needs.
But our relationship with our clients doesn’t end after enrollment.
Medicare plans can change from year to year. Benefits can change. Prescription drug formularies can change. Provider networks can change. Premiums and out-of-pocket costs can change.
That’s why continuing to be available to our clients is such an important part of what we do.
Two Best of Las Vegas Nominations Made 2026 Extra Special
We were honored to receive recognition in two separate categories in the 2026 Best of Las Vegas contest.
Having Las Vegas Medicare nominated in the Health Insurance category was meaningful because it recognized the agency we have worked hard to build.
Having Ken Farrell nominated in the Insurance Agent category made the experience even more special because of the personal relationships that are at the heart of our business.
For a local business, recognition like this is only possible because people in the community are willing to show their support.
That’s why we want everyone who voted to know how much we appreciate you.
Now We Wait for the Results
Voting may be over, but the excitement isn’t!
The 2026 Best of Las Vegas results are scheduled to be announced on December 6, 2026.
Until then, we’ll be waiting right along with all of you.
Regardless of the final results, being nominated in two categories and receiving such tremendous support from our clients and community has already made this a memorable experience for Las Vegas Medicare.
Of course, we would be thrilled to bring home a Best of Las Vegas award.
But today isn’t about asking for another vote.
It’s simply about saying thank you.
